Terms and Conditions for Dabura SRL Taxi Company

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and enter into a legally binding contract with Dabura SRL Taxi Company.

2. Services

We provide taxi services, enabling users to request and schedule transportation Services. These Services may vary, and we reserve the right to modify, add or remove features of the Services at our discretion.

3. User Obligations

As a user, you warrant to provide accurate information in your account. You must be 18 years or older to use our Services and ensure respectful behaviour towards our drivers and other passengers.

4. Payments

Before completion of the booking online, you agree to pay the total fare which includes the base fare and a 4% transaction fee in case of payment by credit/debit card and a 5% transaction fee in case of payment via PayPal.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations should be made within 48 hours before departure time in order to be refunded.

The transaction fee is not refunded if the client initiates the booking cancellation as this amount is kept by the payment institution. However total refund including the transaction fee will be refunded in case we initiate the booking cancellation.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You may not engage in harmful or illegal activities while using our Services. This includes but is not limited to, damaging vehicles, disturbing the peace, or violating local laws.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for personal items left in our vehicles. Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you at the end of your ride. Any claims of damage or injury sustained during the service must be reported immediately.

8. Data Privacy and Security

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement measures to secure your personal information.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice and your continued use of the Services will signify your acceptance of the changes.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage users to reach out to our customer service team first. For unresolved disputes, they shall be resolved by binding arbitration and not in court unless you opt out within 30 days of the event giving rise to the conflict. Our insurance shall intervene in every case where they need and have to intervene.

11. Delays and no shows

At Dabura SRL Taxi Company, we understand that sometimes flight delays and airport congestion are out of your control. To make your journey as stress-free as possible, we offer a grace period for free waiting time.

For pickups off-airports if the driver waits for more than 15 minutes and you are absent from the pickup location, and/or not responding on your telephone, this may lead to the booking marked as no show and no refund will be issued in this case.
For pickups from the airports if the driver waits for more than 45 minutes and you are absent from the pickup location, and/or not responding on your telephone this may lead to the booking marked as no show and no refund will be issued in this case.

Airport Pick-ups

Our drivers will arrive at the airport at the scheduled time and wait for you free of charge for up to 45 minutes from the time of your flight’s arrival, as tracked by our system.

After the initial 45 minutes, a waiting fee will be applied to compensate our drivers for their time and parking fee. This fee will be 10 euros per group of 15 minutes.

Please ensure that you are ready to meet your driver as soon as possible to avoid any additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with the highest quality of service.

Off-airport pick-ups

15 minutes grace time is offered here. After the initial 15 minutes, extra waiting time will be charged for 10 euros per group of 15 minutes.


The first 15 minutes will also be tolerated by the driver as well (this barely happens but sometimes due to particular situations this might happen unfortunately). past the initial 15 minutes, the client is also entitled to a refund of 10 euros per group for 15 minutes of driver delay.

Shall the client feel the need to leave the venue by his own means of transport then this is fine. He will therefore receive a full refund including the transaction fee.
